- Work individually to develop a Customer Relations Policy for a company of your choice (made up or existing). You need to have at least 10 policies and the document should look professional with your company logo and business name. Important policies should be clever and memorable such as (10 for 10 ten, IC3, etc.)
- On a piece of paper give 3 examples of companies with good customer service and 3 examples of companies with poor customer service. Make sure to explain why you think each company has good or bad service.
Use PowerPoint or another presentation software with voice over as a training for your company explaining the 10 policies.
